Superintendent
Ian joined Signature Construction Group in 2018 as an Assistant Superintendent, leveraging his extensive experience from HESS Construction Company in Washington DC, where he excelled as both an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer. A 2016 graduate of The Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Ian has demonstrated a robust foundation in engineering principles and project management throughout his career. Currently, he holds a New York City Construction Superintendent license, further underscoring his expertise and commitment to the field.
Ian excels in managing projects from inception through to completion, meticulously ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. His role as Superintendent has expanded his skill set to include key aspects of Project Management.
Ian has successfully delivered a range of educational projects, both elementary and higher education, and has played a crucial role in complex medical containment and treatment facilities. This includes the significant USAMRIID project: an 865,000 sq ft facility with a budget of $524 million.
