G. Michael DeAngelis

Michael has 30 + years of work experience in commercial, industrial and high-end residential construction management. He is a Certified US Green Building LEED AP Professional, OSHA 30 and Level II PMBOK Accredited. Michael is an expert at out of the ground construction and complex conversions.
Prior to joining Signature Construction, Michael managed the construction of several high rise residential and mixed use developments in Stamford and Norwalk. Those projects ranged from $5.0 million to $25.0 million annually. Other key projects include building luxury homes in Greenwich, CT, renovations of several private schools such as Fairfield Country Day School and work at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury. He also managed the construction of a TV studio and tenant fit out/office space for WWE in Stamford.
During his time at Signature Construction, Michael has performed and completed several “One-Off” specialty projects such as Veterinary Animal Hospitals housing MRI, CT Scan & Halcyon equipment including several breweries; 20,000.00 and 180,000 barrel facilities.
Michael held management positions at FD Rich Company, Petra Construction, Davenport Contracting and Turner Construction. The mix of development and construction gives Michael a unique prospective of both sides of the table as a developer and construction manager.
Michael is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University with a degree in Engineering Technology and Construction Management. He is involved in several community organizations and recognized for his work mentoring high school students in Bridgeport. He currently serves as The Chairman of the Shelton Water Pollution Control Authority and has worked with The United Way and “Angles with Hammers”.
