Frank is a LEED AP, EPA, and OSHA licensed construction professional with over 15 years of project management experience in New York City and its surrounding areas with Signature Construction Group. As a Senior Project Manager, he brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and a results-driven approach to the role. His proven track record includes overseeing a diverse range of projects, with expertise in project management, site development, safety, and client communication. Frank excels in managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery, while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

In addition to his role at Signature Construction, Frank is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Smile Compostable Solutions. His extensive background in operations management and commitment to sustainability drives his leadership in advancing environmentally friendly solutions. Frank leverages his construction expertise to implement efficient operational strategies that streamline processes, minimize waste, and boost productivity, all while maintaining a focus on budget, schedule and exceeding client expectations. His unique blend of construction and sustainability experience positions him as a pivotal force in bridging the gap between these two critical sectors.

Frankie sits on the Boards of Plant Based Products Council, The Biodegradable Products Institute Committee and also coaches his sons’ soccer teams in his free time.

Notable projects: Amtrust, NYC comptroller, NYC Sanitation, XL Capital, Adobe (LEED project), Square, Siller House, The New York Foundling Home HQ (LEED project), and The German School in White Plains, NY. He has also facilitated the building of many socially responsible organizations, such as The Environmental Defense Fund, The New York Foundling Home, Services for the Underserved, as well as NYPD & FDNY facilities.
