Mr. Cahill is the Vice President of Signature Construction Group of CT. Steve joined Signature Construction Group in 2012. He started as a Project Manager and in 2013 took on a double role as Project Manager and Estimator. As an Officer of Signature Construction Group of CT, he will be overseeing all aspects of the project including communications with the Owner, Architect and Engineer.

Notable projects: Marblegate Asset Management in Greenwich; Industrious National Management Company in Greenwich; Remedy Partners in Norwalk; Terex Corporation located at Nyala Farms in Westport; Wilton Re in Norwalk with CPG; Match MG in Norwalk with CPG Architects; Prestige Brands in White Plains, Hearst Media in Norwalk with Antinozzi Associates; Alex Brown a division of Raymond James at 3 Pickwick Plaza in Greenwich; Renaissance Re at 2 Stamford Plaza with CPG Architects; BCP Securities. Additionally, he managed all Capital Improvements at 800 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk with CPG Architects including the Exterior Entrance, Cafeteria, Lobby, and 5 Starr Business Center. Mr. Cahill also managed the Biltmore Fitness Center at Canterbury Green.
