Chris brings over 37 years of construction industry experience, having progressed from carpenter to lead carpenter, and then to site supervisor for the past two decades. A top graduate of a construction trade school, Chris has consistently demonstrated excellence in both commercial and residential construction throughout his career.
As a highly skilled and dedicated professional, Chris expertly manages all on-site subcontractors, ensuring efficient scheduling, site safety, adherence to project specifications, and quality control. He prepares agendas for weekly subcontractor meetings and compiles detailed daily reports.
Chris’ unique advantage lies in his extensive hands-on experience across various trades, including electrical and HVAC systems. His deep understanding fosters mutual respect and effective collaboration with subcontractors, ensuring client satisfaction is always achieved.
