Natasha Tomai

Director of Strategy

 

Natasha Tomai is the Director of Strategy at Signature Construction Group, where she has made a significant impact over the past 21 years through various roles within the company.

In her current position, Natasha spearheads client engagement and orchestrates comprehensive strategies encompassing development, marketing, public relations, and corporate philanthropy. Her deep involvement begins early in the real estate process, where she collaborates with clients and industry professionals to evaluate sites and develop test-fit budgets. Natasha oversees estimates and remains actively engaged throughout construction, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.

With 21 years of industry experience, Natasha can anticipate challenges, “see around corners,” and navigate complex scenarios with strategic insight. Her extensive and diverse network allows her to connect with key stakeholders and facilitate valuable partnerships. Natasha’s dedication to her clients is unwavering; she is committed to her personal values of “showing up,” transparency, integrity, and prioritizing their interests above all. She stays involved in the process from project inception through delivery.

Ms. Tomai graduated magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in International Business. She went on to study construction management and mechanical engineering at New York University. She is OSHA certified and holds a real estate license in both New York and Connecticut.

Beyond her professional achievements, Natasha has served on the Board of Directors for the Stamford YMCA and The Stamford Boys and Girls Club, and was the fundraising chairperson for The Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in New York City. She continues to support numerous community organizations, including The Boys and Girls Club of Stamford, Person-to-Person, and The Human Services Council.

Notable projects: Prior to her current management role, she was formerly a project manager and supervised high-end interior office renovations for the corporate offices of Drum Capital, H2 Capital Partners, XL, Albourne America, and Cushman & Wakefield. Her key role included managing the construction for RFR Realty’s Stamford portfolio of seven Class A office buildings. She also represented clients, The New York Foundling Hospital, Michael Page, Palladium Equity Partners, FD Rich and Quarterra in real estate transactions.
