Greg Sherwood

Greg brings 37 years of expertise in commercial construction management to his role at Signature Construction of Connecticut. A Southern Connecticut State University alumnus, he joined Signature Construction in 2006 as a Project Manager and has since risen to the positions of Vice President and Project Executive in 2023.

Before joining Signature, Greg served as Vice President at W & M Construction, where he oversaw field operations and managed high-value projects, including “out of the ground” projects, capital improvements, and tenant fit-outs exceeding 25 million dollars annually. His extensive background also includes leadership roles at Skanska and Fusco Corporation, where he contributed to a diverse range of projects from new commercial office complexes and high-end residential developments to interior fit-outs for IBM.

Greg’s longstanding success in the industry is a testament to his “hands-on” approach and direct client engagement, ensuring that priorities and expectations are always met and exceeded.
