Joe is a licensed Construction Superintendent in New York City with over 25 years of diverse experience in the industry. Starting his career as a carpenter, Joe has progressed to his current role of Senior Superintendent where he excels as a vital link between subcontractors and clients. His extensive expertise in drywall and finish carpentry fosters strong relationships with trades on site and ensures that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Joe embraces complex and challenging projects with enthusiasm, viewing each as an opportunity for creative problem-solving and innovation. This dynamic approach is reflected in his impressive portfolio, which spans fit-outs, new construction, interior commercial renovations, and specialized projects such as restaurants and movie theaters.

Once Joe commits to a project, he is deeply engaged from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed until the final handover.

Notable projects: The Marketline Lower East Side, Regal Movie Theater Tangramin Flushing Queens, Harlem Children’s Zone Promise Academy II Charter School and he is currently working on Saint John’s Episcopal Hospital Ambulatory Health Pavilion in Far Rockaway, Queens.
